On this post, I will inform you how to make a letter. Actually, this is my college task on Business English subject. At the class, my friends and I have been presenting kind of letters which divided into 4 groups. These materials are the legal letter, order letter, invitation letter and complaint letter.
But, my lecturer, Ms. Rose asked us to make an example of letter which I mentioned above just two letters. I choose order letter and complaint letter. Okay then, hope you all who read my blog now, will get new knowledge about it.

I have recently ordered three electronic
goods from your website on September 9th. I received the order on September
24th. Unfortunately, when I try to operated an iMac it didn’t worked. I saw a
little bit scratch on its corner of the body. My order number is 82744.
The conditon of the item was your
responbility up the point I received it and accordingly I am entitled to a
refund along with a refund of all delivery costs. I would request that you
confirm in the next 3 days that you will provide this remedy and that you will
cover the cost of the defective item being returned to you.
